Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received. Minimum order quantities vary by product and will be confirmed in your quote.

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight unless stated. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Title to goods passes on receipt of full payment.

We dispatch from our Australian warehouse and will confirm an estimated lead time with every order. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier or your nominated address.

Custom blends are produced to your approved reference sample. Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or credit goods that fail to meet the agreed specification. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for food products.
